Kati Frazier is a playwright, dramaturg, theater administrator, and occasional director from North Carolina, now based in New York City. She has a deep artistic interest in magical realism, non-linear timelines, and queerness in every sense of the word.

She has been the dramaturg for Florida Studio Theatre’s Burdick Reading Series, curator of AFO’s first annual SoloLab, and Literary Director of All For One Theater.

Her full-length plays include: Virtue Of FoolsThe Last Year, 15 Feet: A Story Told From A Distance, The Couch, and Patronage, and a sex thing (or, a bunch of liberals getting uptight about the sociopolitical implications of their desires). Recently, she acted as dramaturg for Antonia Lassar's Post Traumatic Super Delightful, now embarking on a tour of colleges and crisis centers after a successful run in NYC's Frigid Festival. Her plays have been seen at City Arts, Open Space Cafe Theatre, the Greensboro Fringe Festical, UNC Greensboro, Winston-Salem Theatre Alliance, The Brick, Rabbit Hole Studios, Random Access Theatre Company, The Players Theatre, and This Is Water Theatre.

As an arts administrator, theatre artist, and house manager, Kati has worked for Triad Stage, Florida Studio Theatre, Gateway Playhouse, The Secret Theatre, Westside Theatre, Signature Theatre, All For One Theater, and A.R.T./New York.
